CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Business & Finance Analyst to join the global account team.
For a large European account, you will be part of the account team. Together with this team, you will be responsible for optimizing financial and operational processes for the client. Success is achieved if you and the team meet agreed KPI requirements, exceed the client’s expectations and improve continuously.
The client portfolio encompasses over 340 properties in 9 countries comprising logistics, distribution, corporate head offices, and small regional multi-use properties. These client properties are serviced by mobile and static CBRE engineers, as well as supplier personnel, covering a full range of FM services.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Regional Finance Manager. You will support the financial reporting in Enterprise EMEA with client revenues worth $45m spanning 9 countries (and growing), and own financial reporting and analysis for two sites.
Role Summary:
Business Analyst
- Manage Facility Management and Business Intelligence systems as super/key user in the business unit.
- Deliver training to users when required
- Full understand and delivery of all client KPI and reporting requirements
- Full understanding of and support to CMMS tool
- Helpdesk / admin role in CMMS
- Continually develop systems to maximize efficiency benefits for the customer and GWS
- Understand, anticipate, and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships whilst optimizing contract performance
- Champion new initiatives that require reporting involvement
- Add value by streamlining processes using available tools that will save time and allow our teams to focus on value-add activities
Reporting expert
- Create / edit and own all form of reporting tools within the account
- MyVantage Tableau

- Sharepoint (advanced usage of workflows)
- Coupa MyBuy
- PowerBI
- SQL database
- Excel (advanced usage of macros/vba)

Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years working experience
- Affinity with technology
- Highly computer literate with IT Skills to achieve key tasks and give the business a sound reporting base
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organised and open to new ways of working to challenge inefficiencies
- Thorough understanding of business and customer-facing environments and the requirements of operating in a contract environment
- Being part of a high-performing team with management skills to maximise the performance of staff working directly for them and others
