We are looking for a
Pricing Manager (f/m/d)
to a new position within Oras Group’s Product Category Management team.
The purpose of the role is to own and further develop the pricing architecture, processes and structure for Oras Group.
In this role, you will be responsible for
- Steering and managing the implementation and optimization of pricing strategy
- Developing and maintaining pricing models to optimize profitability across product categories
- Monitoring and analyzing key pricing metrics such as RRP benchmarks, Gross List prices, Net selling prices and margins
- Partnering with Category Management for setting right RRP’s
- Maintaining and controlling Terms & Conditions
- Participating in and monitoring sales unit level adaptation of pricing models and RRP’s
- Contributing and assisting in correct recognition of pricing components in accounting
- Monitoring and controlling margins
- Providing guidance and training on Oras Group commercial conditions
The position reports to Chief Product Officer, Thomas Hanche-Olsen and is a part of Oras Group Product Category management (PCM) management team. The location of this position is Espoo, Finland or Stuttgart, Germany. The role involves occasional travel.
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, marketing or sales controlling with focus on pricing
- International responsibility in a multi-channel environment, preferably in multinational company
- Experience in strategy and product development incl. brand/product positioning
- Great collaborator across cultures and functions, able to lead and engage others in an expert role
- MSc/BSc in a relevant field
- Fluent written and spoken English
